A landing page design for YAY!, a kids’ party agency. The first screen is the team of entertainers in costume under one word, PARTY!.
Task
Parents choose a party agency for people, and agency pages usually show a price list. A parent wants to see who will be with the children.
The page had to feel fun for the child and still look reliable to the parent.
Solution
The first screen is the team in costume with a big headline and a button to choose a party.
Three cards below split the offer into parties, entertainers and shows, each with its own picture.
What was hard
A loud, colorful page can look careless to a parent.
Many characters and balloons can bury the button.
How we solved it
Blue and orange are the only two colors, and the type stays plain and readable.
The button is orange on the blue field, the one warm spot among the cool tones.
