Who we are
Arsora is a digital design and development studio. The founders are Ilia Gavrilov and Sergei Safronov. For any question about your data, write to hello@arsorastudio.com or message us on Telegram: @GavrilovElie, @safronovsergei.
What we collect
Only what you send us through the forms on this site: name, a way to reply (Telegram, WhatsApp or email), a description of your project, the service and budget you pick, and the names of attached files. The files themselves are not uploaded through the site.
Why we need it
To reply to your request and discuss the project. We do not use it for mailings without your consent and we do not sell it.
Where it goes
Your request is sent over an encrypted connection to a private Telegram chat of the two founders. Nobody else can see it. Telegram processes messages under its own rules.
Cookies and browser storage
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores one flag that you dismissed the notice, and nothing else.
How long we keep it
While we talk about the project, and afterwards as long as needed for work and accounting. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Message us on Telegram and we will reply within a few days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page. Last updated: 27 October 2026.
